Email Compliance Form for Virginia Motor Vehicle Dealers
Virginia law (§46.2-1510.4) mandates that all Virginia Motor Vehicle Dealers be required to have an Internet connection and email address at their established place of business during business hours. The purpose of this law is to increase efficiencies, and facilitate better communication.
If you are a current Virginia Motor Vehicle Dealer licensed by the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board and your dealership is listed, help us keep you in compliance by providing us with your current email address and Dealer Certificate Number.
